Position?Overview We?are?seeking?an?experienced?Director?of?Pharmacy?to?oversee?operations?across?two?FQHC?Community?Health?Centers?in?Oakland,?California?that?focus?on?providing?health?services?to?the?BIPOC?community.?Serving?as?the?Pharmacist-in-Charge?(PIC),?this?role?combines?leadership,?operational?oversight,?and?a?deep?commitment?to?community?healthcare.?The?Director?will?lead?the?Pharmacy?&?Therapeutics?(P&T)?Committee,?manage?the?340B?Drug?Pricing?Program,?and?ensure?compliance?with?all?federal?and?state?regulations?while?mentoring?a?dedicated?team.

The?FQHC?Community?Health?Clinic?has?been?in?operation?for?over?20?years?and?offers?Mental?Health,?Primary?Care?Medical,?Physical?Therapy,?&?Dentistry?services?to?the?BIPOC?community. Key?Responsibilities

Lead?day-to-day?pharmacy?operations?and?maintain?compliance?with?California?Board?of?Pharmacy?and?HRSA?standards.
Serve?as?PIC?for?audits,?licensing,?and?quality?initiatives.
Direct?the?P&T?Committee,?ensuring?safe?and?effective?formulary?management.
Oversee?the?340B?Drug?Pricing?Program?with?full?HRSA?compliance.
Mentor?pharmacists,?technicians,?interns,?and?externs.
Ensure?the?pharmacy?is?in?full?compliance?with?Alameda?County,?Contra?Costa?County,?California?and?Federal?regulations
Manage?procurement,?inventory,?and?medication?storage.
