Director of Installation and Service

As the Director of Installation and Service , you will work closely with the Director of Operations to oversee all installation and service projects, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and fostering strong installer relationships. Leading a team of Project, Installation, and Service Managers , you'll drive professional growth through training and development while resolving service issues promptly and maintaining the company's five-star standards. By tracking key performance indicators and daily reports, you will ensure the department stays on target and delivers excellence.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• 5-10 years' experience in team management

• Demonstrated performance in a project management position

• Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams

• Experience in process optimization and workflow management

Preferred Experience/Education:

• 5 years project management experience

• Experience managing home improvement teams

• Proficiency with CRM software and tools

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Operations Management, or related field

• Six Sigma or Lean Management certification

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
