Dental Treatment Coordinator Assistant

We are seeking a Dental professional who is highly motivated, intelligent, and dynamic to join our team to train to be a Treatment Coordinator . The ideal candidate will possess excellent sales skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to connect with patients while presenting treatment plans in a clear, empathetic, and confident manner. This role requires someone with dental office experience, who is adaptable, and eager to learn, with a strong ability to manage patient relationships and provide top-tier customer service. You will be responsible for educating patients, discussing treatment options, and helping them make informed decisions about their care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Engagement & Sales :

Initiate and maintain strong relationships with patients, using expert communication skills to clearly explain treatment plans, procedures, and financial options. Present and sell customized treatment plans that meet patient needs and align with our service offerings.

• Follow-Up & Relationship Management :

Consistently follow up with prospective and current patients, ensuring they have the information they need and addressing any questions or concerns. Manage relationships in a way that builds trust, fosters long-term loyalty, and enhances patient satisfaction.

• Problem Solving & Adaptability :

Adapt to the needs of diverse patients and work environments, offering solutions to overcome objections or challenges while maintaining a positive and solution-focused attitude. Be open to learning new techniques and processes to improve your effectiveness.

• Team Collaboration :

Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure treatment plans are presented effectively and patients? needs are met. Communicate efficiently with other team members regarding patient updates and treatment progression.

• Professionalism & Presentation :

Maintain a polished and professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Represent the practice positively both in person and over the phone, ensuring that patients feel comfortable and valued.

Work hours: Monday, 7:45am - 5:15, Tuesday 7:45 - 5:15, Wednesday, 11:45 - 7:15, Thursday, 7:45 - 5:15, Friday 7:45 - 2

Requirements

Previous experience as a Dental office professional
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and insurance processes
Proficiency in dental software and basic computer skills
Ability to provide outstanding customer service
Comfortbale with sales
