Job Description
The Dallas office of Kirkland & Ellis is currently seeking attorneys with outstanding credentials and qualifications to join our Debt Finance group. The ideal candidate would have 3-6 years of experience in the structuring, documentation and negotiation of secured and unsecured financing transactions for both borrowers and lenders, including senior secured, mezzanine and subordinated debt transactions; acquisition financings; loan workouts and restructurings. Candidates with leveraged finance experience, particularly in the context of mergers and acquisitions, are preferred. Kirkland?s debt finance practice focuses primarily on representing private equity funds, restructuring financing, and other corporate borrowers.
Kirkland & Ellis LLP offers a competitive salary structure as well as a robust offering of benefits to all of its employees and attorneys. Compensation is based upon the roles and responsibilities of the position, the experience and education of the applicant and/or employee and is aligned with internal pay equity within Kirkland & Ellis LLP itself. The hiring salary range for this position is between $260,000 and $390,000. These figures are not representative of the full compensation range for this position.
