Debt Finance Associate Attorney

Direct Counsel is seeking a 2nd-5th Year Debt Finance Associate to join the Corporate Department of a prestigious Am Law 100 firm. This role focuses on debt financing, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in representing private equity sponsors and borrower-side finance. The position provides the opportunity to work on high-profile, sophisticated transactions as part of a collaborative and dynamic team.

Key Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of debt financing experience
• Experience with private equity sponsors and borrower-side finance preferred
• Admission to the Illinois Bar preferred (candidates may sit in any U.S. office)
• Outstanding academic credentials
• Prior experience with a reputable law firm

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $235,000 to $365,000 annually, with actual pay determined based on experience and other relevant factors.
