Job Description
Capgemini is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data & Analytics Specialist to join our team to work for a top 10 US Insurance Carrier.
This role is charged with the acquisition, curation, provisioning, and stewardship of alldatasources related to the servicing platform. They will support the development of analytic work products by providingdatainsights and governance needed to increase the accuracy and reliability of these analytic products.
You'll be part of a team that provides actionable and measurable insights to leaders and service process owners, helping drive improvements across the organization. As part of the Service Analytics Reporting and AI team, you'll facilitate the integration of new treatments, technology, and data into agent and customer-facing processes. it automates and optimizes key initiatives through AI or robotic process automation, and deliver comprehensive 360-degree insights into the health and efficiency of the servicing capabilities.

Requirements
Total Work Experience- Minimum Required: 4-6 years
- Minimum Required: 1-3 years
- Preferred: 4-6 years
- Minimum Required: Fluent
- Minimum Required: Bachelor's Degree
- Analytics fields such as Math, Economics, Business Analysis, etc.
- Any background in IT and technical development is helpful.
- Business / Operations Analysis: Advanced
- Forecasting Metrics Outcomes: Intermediate
- UI / CX Channel Analytics: Intermediate
- Power BI: Advanced (7+ years)
- SQL (Snowflake and On-Prem): Intermediate (4-6 years)
