IMAGINE THE FUTURE WITH ENVALIOR

As our Cyber Reporting & Awareness Officer , you will be responsible for the defining, setting up, and running a company-wide long-term awareness and training program, the role helps in fostering a culture of cybersecurity awareness among employees.

Your key responsibilities will be:

Cyber- & Information Security Awareness

• Define, setup and run a company-wide long term cyber- & information security awareness and training program to make the Envalior employees aware on cyber & information security risks.
• Conduct regular phishing simulation exercises to evaluate employee awareness and preparedness against social engineering attacks Knowbe4.
• Close collaboration with Corp HR, internal communication, the DPO and existing (mandatory) training initiatives is needed.
• Content writing for the intranet cybersecurity portal.
• Create dashboard on effectiveness and results of the awareness campaigns and report to CISO.

Reporting

• Develop a 3-tier reporting dashboard to senior management, the CISO and the rest of the organization to show the actual status and trendline on cyber- & information security within Envalior with relevant information for each level.
• Enhance the existing Digital Services incident process with specific cyber- & information security reporting mechanisms that allows for quick and effective communication during cybersecurity incidents.
• Active follow up of different cyber- and information security intelligence dashboards in PowerBI (e.g. Microsoft Sentinel, Tenable vulnerability management, Microsoft Defender portal, Algosec firewall assurance, Beyondtrust PAM, Netskope, Indusface, ?) and initiating corrective measures within the Digital Services organization.
• Prepare the agenda for the CISO board meeting

Requirements

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• A creative and communicative person who has an eye for detail.
• Candidate must have experience in the creation / development / content writing of cyber- and information security awareness campaigns
• Experience with "KnowBe4" tool is a plus
• Extensive practical experience in setting up an effective cyber- & information security awareness program.
• Good knowledge of SharePoint and PowerBI
• Good knowledge of KnowBe4 for running multi-lingual awareness simulations and cybersecurity trainings.
• Have a customer oriented focus and able to handle in an organizational sensitive way
• Record of responsibility
• Must have excellent English skills (both verbal and written)
• Have positive attitude, energy, and willingness to learn new areas and drive to make it happen
• A team player who can motivate others, making it fun while getting the job done.
