Job Summary:

Responsibilities Include:

Configure Cyber Range (100s-1000s of VMs) using IaC, Terraform, Ansible, VMWare, and automation technologies

Collaborate with Hunt, Red, and Blue Teams to understand configurations

Support training, force-on-force exercises, and mimic customer infrastructures

Work with Software Engineers, System Administrators, Network Engineers, and Systems Engineers

Develop innovative solutions to complex problems

Cyber Security Directorate's Defensive Network Operations

Provide mission support when not working on the Cyber Range

Basic Qualifications:

Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

Experience with scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, Batch, and Python

Experience with networking and virtualization

Experience with Terraform and Ansible

Experience with cybersecurity tools, network configurations, and operational tools

Knowledge of operating systems, including Windows and Linux, application behaviors, and network traffic analysis

Computer Science (CS) degree or related field

Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of relevant experience or Master's degree plus 6 years of relevant experience. An Associate's degree plus 10 years of relevant experience or high school diploma/GED plus 12 years of relevant experience may be considered for individuals with in-depth experience that is clearly related to the position

Clearance Required: Must have TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience operating in an agile development environment and DevOps

Experience with container technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker

Knowledge of penetration testing or red team operations

Experience utilizing and development with Splunk

Experience with Nutanix

Pay Range:

Pay Range $104,650.00 - $189,175.00
