Customer Service Representative

VIP Holiday Photos is growing quickly and has some seasonal opportunities for the right people. We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for our seasonal Holiday Photography company. The season will start in November.

Requirements include, but are not limited to:

• Ability to produce quick resolutions for customers
• Organized and self-motivated
• Phone etiquette
• Ability to communicate information accurately to Team Lead
• Able to work some evenings and weekends

The Representative will be responsible for adhering to the schedule set by the Team Lead. Some work is remote, however, there are scheduled hours in our office which are mandatory.

Salary: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Weekend availability
