Purpose

The Customer Master Data Representative provides operational support for the Customer Master Data management domain by developing and adhering to standard operating procedures, guidelines, and defined business rules. The CMD liaises with business process stakeholders across organizations and geographies on behalf of Master Data owners. The Analyst seeks constant improvement in the quality and accuracy of Customer Master Data, ensuring uninterrupted business continuity. The Analyst performs day-to-day processes, as established by Master Data stewards.

Responsibilities

Implement changes to SAP master data (e.g., Customer, General Data, Sales Org, Company Code, Relationships, Classification, Collection Management, etc.) as authorized by the business

Coordinate Customer data setup, validations, and regular maintenance.

Execute mass updates with XD99 or similar Tcodes.

Engage in projects and initiatives across various functional areas and regions

Collaborate with business units and process experts to resolve master data issues.

Ensure data quality, compliance and consistency of master data across business systems.

Support the business with the required procedures, submit incidents and change requests when needed.

Assist business process experts in defining standard operating procedures, process flows and related documentation.

Manage license maintenance in GTS, including the validation of DEA, SLN, and HIN licenses against Medpro and state websites.

Work with business stakeholders to gather and understand reporting requirements.

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and interactive visualizations.

Create data models, DAX calculations, and custom measures to facilitate effective data analysis.

Provide expertise in data visualization with the best practices and design appealing, user-focused reports.

Develop strategies to improve business reporting and planning processes, utilizing continuous improvement across functions.

Demonstrate strong SQL skills by writing efficient queries for data manipulation.

Transform raw data from multiple sources using SQL into clean, structured datasets within a data quality framework.

Stay current with the latest Power BI features, updates, and industry trends.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred and/or 4+ years of relevant experience in Finance or Accounting.

Prior experience in master data management within SAP.

Over 4 years of experience in master data management, ideally within global projects or companies.

Familiarity with SAP S4/HANA Customer Master Data and GTS functionality.

Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is preferred.

Experience in active Data Governance using data management tools like DSP (Data Stewardship Platform) or equivalent is desirable.

Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Microsoft Power BI certification(s) is an advantage.

Salary:

$62,500 - $118,500
