Job Description

We are seeking attorneys for associate positions in Cahill Gordon & Reindel?s New York office for our Private Credit practice group. Candidates should have at least three years of experience in corporate work, with substantial exposure to private credit transactions including with direct lenders, private credit funds, and other institutional investors and investment banks in corporate finance transactions, leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings and recapitalization transactions. Preferred candidates will have experience in structuring and executing traditional first lien, unitranche, stretch senior, second lien and subordinated loan transactions, structured equity investments, including non-traditional preferred stock financings, and equity co-investments. Candidates must have excellent oral and written communication skills, a strong academic background and be admitted to the New York Bar. Location: New York Compensation: The anticipated salary we expect to pay to associates is as follows: Fourth-year associates: $310,000 Fifth-year associates: $365,000 Sixth-year associates: $390,000 Seventh-year associates: $420,000 This is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading, dynamic, and rewarding practice.
