King & Spalding seeks a mid to senior level corporate associate to join its New York office. The ideal candidate will have 3 5 to 7 years of experience working on complex private equity, leveraged buyout M&A transactions and general corporate matters. Candidates should have large law firm experience, stellar academic credentials from a top-tier law school, and an entrepreneurial attitude. Energy experience is preferred but not required.
