We are looking for a corporate associate with 5+ years of general corporate experience who is ready to jump in and learn. You will gain deep and broad experience in venture capital, capital markets, corporate governance and SEC reporting. We bring clients into the firm at all stages of their growth and represent them through the full life cycle approach. This is a highly collaborative group whose members actively train and support one another, providing strong opportunities for partnership.

We prefer candidates who will be resident in our Palo Alto or San Francisco office. In addition, the candidate must have excellent academic credentials and oral, written, and interpersonal skills.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range of $365,000 ? $435,000, based on year classification.
• Discretionary merit bonuses may also be awarded.
