Contracts Specialist

Summary :

The Contracts Specialist will help to ensure consistent management of all proposals and contracts including oversight of the contract management process, as well as contract negotiations and document management. The contract development process requires close collaboration with various departments, including clinical operations, project management, business development and finance.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop contract proposals to support organizational goals
• Review contract estimates, including proposed materials, production costs, etc. and determine whether they seem reasonable and accurate
• Communicate and effectively partner with customer service, sales, finance and other departments
• Negotiate and approve contract terms while ensuring that projects remain within the established budget

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years prior experience in a contract administration role or a related field
• Previous experience in customer service and strong communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/Outlook)
