Content Project Coordinator

Etz Hayim owns and operates the brands Cycling Frog and Lazarus Naturals, as well as a sprawling operation that spans from farming over 300 acres of hemp, extraction, chemical processing, packaging and warehousing to support both brands and private label customers.

Lazarus Naturals was founded in 2016 to provide safe and accessible CBD products for everyone who would benefit from them, regardless of their financial situation and ability to pay, which is why we provide a 60% Assistance Program to veterans and people with disabilities or low-incomes. In order to maintain an affordable price point and our commitment to accessibility for all, we have built a vertically integrated business model, which allows us to walk our talk of developing quality, affordable products - from product inception, development, seed, farming, extraction, finished production formulation and packaging, and distribution.

Cycling Frog is normalizing the consumption of casual use THC products. We are on a mission to make THC convenient, affordable, and fun by making a sessionable THC beverage the same price as a beer or soda. We want to change the way THC is consumed and viewed by our society by focusing on lower potency, ready to drink beverages that can easily fit into anyone's lifestyle. Under the Federal Farm Bill it is legal to sell these low potency THC products across all 50 states via the internet, and anywhere you can grab a beer.

The Content Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of all design and brand-related projects across both Cycling Frog and Lazarus Naturals. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to effectively communicate with designers, stakeholders, and owners. The ideal candidate will be adept at using Asana to manage project workflows and ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities:

Project Management in Asana:

Manage all design and brand projects within Asana, ensuring accurate task creation, assignment, and tracking.

Develop and maintain project timelines and schedules.

Monitor project progress and identify potential roadblocks.

Ensure all project-related communication is documented within Asana.

Stakeholder Management:

Hold owners and stakeholders accountable for their responsibilities and deadlines.

Proactively gather and organize feedback from stakeholders at key project milestones.

Facilitate clear and concise communication between all project participants.

Ensure feedback is properly communicated to the design team.

Design Team Coordination:

Work closely with designers to ensure projects are initiated promptly and efficiently.

Ensure all design projects are accurately tracked and managed within Asana.

Assist designers in prioritizing tasks and managing their workloads.

Help to ensure designers have all needed information to begin projects.

Marketing Support:

Assist with other marketing tasks as time allows, including but not limited to content coordination, social media support, etc.

Help to ensure that all marketing tasks are also tracked within Asana.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, project management, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience with project management tools, preferably Asana.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Detail-oriented with a proactive approach.

Familiarity with the hemp/cannabis/CBD industries is a plus.

Ability to handle multiple projects at once.

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 annually
