• Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with company guidelines.
• Evaluate posts, comments, and messages for appropriateness and adherence to community standards.
• Document and report any instances of policy violations or inappropriate content.
• Engage with community members to provide clarification and support regarding moderation decisions.
• Collaborate with the moderation team to improve processes and address any concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of moderation activities and monitor content trends.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on best practices in content moderation.

Requirements

• Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
