Computer Hardware Technician

Our client, a leader in cloud computing technologies, is seeking a Technical Support Tech I to join their team. As a Technical Support Tech I, you will be part of the technical support department supporting server and network hardware operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capability to communicate technical information effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:

$25/hr on Experis W2

What's the Job?

Maintain the hardware infrastructure of the latest cloud computing server technologies.

Quickly and accurately resolve issues with server and network hardware through root cause analysis.

Utilize a solid understanding of computers, servers, and network devices for diagnostics.

Communicate advanced technical information to individuals with varying technical knowledge.

Contribute to strong inter and intra-team development through effective collaboration.

What's Needed?

Technical aptitude and familiarity with command line diagnostics.

Good situational awareness and strong analytical skills.

Demonstrated problem-solving ability in a technical environment.

Commitment to working 100% onsite with no overtime.

Ability to operate in high-pressure, time-sensitive situations while managing multiple priorities.
