Direct Counsel is seeking a Complex Litigation Associate to join a top-tier law firm in its high-profile litigation team in California. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex litigation matters, support client development activities, and collaborate with a results-driven team.

The associate will handle a variety of responsibilities, including legal research, brief writing, discovery, and document production. The firm values team collaboration and encourages participation in articles, speaking engagements, and other client-facing opportunities.

Qualifications:

J.D. or L.L.M. from an ABA-accredited law school.
Admission or eligibility for admission in California.
At least 2 years of experience in complex litigation matters.
Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to balance competing priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
