Job Description

The San Diego office of Fisher Phillips seeks to hire an employment litigation associate with at least 4 years of experience to join our Employment Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with employment and general litigation experience looking to grow a practice under the mentorship of talented partners .

The ideal candidate will be comfortable drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, as well as taking and defending depositions. Significant experience in labor and employment law is preferred, but we are also interested in working with developing talented attorneys who come to us with good skills in any litigation arena. If you have substantive litigation experience and a demonstrated interest in labor and employment law, we invite you to apply. Candidate must have excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be admitted in California.

The yearly salary range for this position is $230,000 ? $270,000. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
