Katten, a global Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a mid-level Commercial Litigation Associate to join its Los Angeles office. Qualified candidates will have 3?4 years of complex commercial litigation experience at a nationally or regionally recognized law firm and be admitted to the California State Bar. Experience drafting near ready-to-file documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery responses, the ability to manage case files and tasks, and strong research, analysis, and writing skills are required.Experience with depositions and trial preparation activities and the desire to gain meaningful stand-up courtroom experience is preferred.Our ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate sound judgment, and take ownership of case responsibilities.

The estimated salary range for this role is $260,000 - $310,000.Salary determinations are made based on numerous factors, such as, but not limited to: relevant experience and work history, graduation and class year, and practice area of the selected candidate.
