Litigation Associate - Junior to Mid-Level

Direct Counsel is seeking a junior to mid-level associate with a minimum of two years of experience to join a commercial litigation group in Seattle. Candidates with law firm experience, including responsibilities for pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, and arguing motions, are preferred. Excellent writing and oral advocacy skills are essential. Clerkship and court experience is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing commercial litigation cases.
