Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and mechanically skilled Service Technician to join our growing team. This role involves hands-on technical work in the fieldperforming startup, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair services for a wide range of HVAC systems including cooling towers, pumps, heat exchangers, VFDs, chillers, air handlers, and hydronic accessories.
Requirements
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform field service tasks on HVAC systems with minimal supervision.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and controls-related issues.
Conduct preventative maintenance and system startups in accordance with factory standards.
Accurately document work performed, labor hours, and materials used.
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Identify and propose system improvements or retrofit opportunities to support customer success.
Qualifications37 years of relevant experience in HVAC service or a related mechanical field.
Ability to interpret wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals.
Familiarity with key product categories such as pumps, towers, chillers, VFDs, boilers, and air handlers.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work in mechanical rooms or rooftops.
Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
