Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Director of Property Management to oversee operations, leasing, and tenant relations. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. The ideal candidate is based in DFW with easy access to Garland, TX, and thrives in a team-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead finance, business development, and maintenance teams to ensure operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction.
Market, lease, and negotiate agreements for available spaces.
Oversee maintenance, repairs, and tenant improvements.
Conduct regular property inspections and enforce quality standards.
Manage rent collection, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Address tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in commercial property management and leasing (non-apartment) in DFW.
Strong negotiation, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Expertise in NNN leases, base year adjustments, and construction costs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (Propertyware.com is a plus).
High integrity with excellent interpersonal skills.
