Collision Repair Estimator

Unibody?Autotech?Collision Repair Center is'seeking?an experienced and customer-focused Collision Repair Estimator to join our team. This role is critical in delivering?accurate?repair estimates, communicating with customers and insurance partners, and ensuring a smooth repair process from start to finish.

• Inspect damaged vehicles and prepare?accurate?repair estimates?

• Write estimates using industry-standard software (CCC ONE, Mitchell, or Audatex)?

• Communicate clearly with customers?regarding?repair processes, timelines, and costs?

• Work directly with insurance companies to negotiate and?finalize?repair approvals?

• Monitor repair progress and update estimates as needed (supplements)?

• Coordinate with technicians to ensure proper repair procedures and parts usage?

• Order parts and verify pricing/availability when?required?

• Maintain thorough and organized documentation of all estimates and communications?

• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the repair lifecycle?

• Previous?experience as a collision repair estimator?required?
• I-CAR certification (or willingness to obtain)?
• Experience working with DRP programs?
• Strong customer service mindset?
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment?

• Proficiency?with estimating platforms (CCC ONE, Mitchell, Audatex)?

• Strong understanding of collision repair processes and procedures?

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills?

• High attention to detail and accuracy?

• Ability to manage multiple repairs and deadlines simultaneously?

• Valid driver's license?
