We are seeking a highly experienced and certified Cloud Engineer with deep expertise in Microsoft Azure and working knowledge of AWS to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of professional experience in cloud computing, infrastructure, and application modernization. This role requires a forward-thinking individual capable of designing, implementing, and managing complex multi-cloud environments to meet organizational and customer needs.

Requirements

• Design and Architect Solutions:
  Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud solutions primarily on the Azure platform, with complementary integration of AWS resources as needed.
• Cloud Infrastructure Management:
  Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Azure and AWS resources, ensuring optimal performance, interoperability, and cost management.
• Multi-Cloud Strategy:
  Implement and manage hybrid or multi-cloud architectures leveraging both Azure and AWS to support diverse business requirements.
• Automation & Scripting:
  Use automation tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, PowerShell, Terraform, AWS CloudFormation) to streamline operations and ensure consistent deployments.
• Monitoring and Optimization:
  Monitor cloud environments across Azure and AWS to proactively identify issues, optimize performance, and implement best practices for cost efficiency and security.
• Collaboration & Leadership:
  Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, operations, and security, to ensure successful project delivery and adherence to architectural standards.
• Security and Compliance:
  Implement robust security controls and ensure compliance with industry regulations and organizational standards across Azure and AWS environments.
• Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity:
  Design and manage robust backup and disaster recovery solutions across cloud platforms to safeguard critical data and applications.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced degree is a plus.

Certifications:

Mandatory: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert certification.

Preferred: AWS Certified Solutions ArchitectAssociate/Professional or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer.

Experience:

Minimum 6 years of professional experience in IT, with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in Azure cloud technologies and 2+ years working with AWS .

Proven track record in designing and managing enterprise-scale cloud solutions.

Extensive experience in infrastructure as code (IaC) and automation tools (e.g., Terraform, ARM Templates, AWS CloudFormation).

Familiarity with containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture.

Experience with hybrid cloud strategies, integrating on-premises systems with Azure and AWS.

Knowledge of database services like Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, AWS DynamoDB, and RDS.

Familiarity with AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Azure AD.

Computer Skills:

• Deep expertise in Azure services such as Virtual Machines, AKS, Azure Functions, App Services, Azure Storage, Networking, and Azure Monitor.
• Working knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and CloudWatch.
• Strong scripting and automation skills with PowerShell, Python, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices across Azure and AWS.
• Expertise in cloud governance, cost management, and security best practices.
