About the Role:

Under general supervision, manages and allocates infrastructure resources by monitoring and maintaining system platforms in support of CBRE Network operations. Provides primary support for network hardware and software and Network projects.

What You'll Do:

Perform regional Level 2/3 Network troubleshooting to analyze the situation, identify the problem, resolve network failure and provide corrective actions.

Work on BAU projects to develops, installs, and tests new network hardware and software releases, system upgrades, evaluates and installs patches and resolves software related problems.

Monitors network activities, fine tunes network parameters and configuration to optimize performance and ensure security of systems.

Provides expertise on decisions and priorities regarding network architecture.

Work closely with on-site support, call center, server team and security team to provide assistance and recommendation on Network related enquiries.

Work within the change management policies to facilitates for implementation of network standards and guidelines.

Manages and maintains the network hardware, software, security and connectivity.

Work with Vendor for MACD/Issues where required.

Performs other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need:

Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.

Experienced in Vendor Management and in a regional environment/time zone.

Good understanding in Cisco/Juniper products and commands.

Good understanding in Layer 2/3 switching, TCP/UDP, routing, QoS, MPLS and firewall is required.

Experience in Load balancers and Palo Alto Firewall will be advantageous.

Understanding on DNS, Proxy, Windows technology, IPS and wireless.

Cloud Networking with scripting and terraform.

Excellent understanding on packet capture and analysis.

Flexibility in working outside business hours.
