Civil Litigation Attorneys

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani has an immediate opening for a Litigation Attorney in its Irvine office. Ideal candidates will have 2-6 years of litigation experience in the state of California and be highly motivated to join our Litigation Practice Group. Candidates will be performing legal research and case investigation, drafting discovery and responses to discovery, drafting and arguing motions, making court appearances, taking and defending depositions, and drafting client correspondence. This position includes case-handling from inception of the matter all the way through trial. This is a hit-the-ground-running opportunity, where the candidate will receive immediate meaningful litigation experience. Candidates must be licensed to practice in California. We offer flexible options for successful candidates, including remote, hybrid, part-time and full-time opportunities. The yearly salary range is between $100,000-$275,000. This position is open to all experience levels. The actual salary offered may be above or below the identified range and will be based on a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, including the location where the position is filled.
