Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support a Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility in Santa Fe, NM on a per-diem basis. This opportunity is perfect for CNAs who are passionate about providing hands-on care and want flexibility with their work schedule.

Position Overview:

• Location: Santa Fe, NM
• Employment Type: Per-Diem
• Schedule: 3 days per week, 6:00 AM 6:00 PM (Day shifts)
• Hourly Rate: $17.61/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Observe and report changes in patient conditions
• Support rehabilitation efforts through basic therapeutic activities
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure a clean, safe care environment
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Licensure/Certifications:
• Active New Mexico CNA certification
• Current BLS certification
• Experience: Preferred experience in SNFs, rehab centers, or similar settings
• Skills:
• Clinical: ADL support, vitals monitoring, EHR documentation, infection control
• Interpersonal: Team-oriented, empathetic, communicative, and adaptable
