We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Santa Fe, NM. This per-diem position provides the opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care during 12-hour shifts in a supportive clinical environment.

• Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility
• Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to nursing staff
• Support patient rehabilitation through engagement and therapeutic exercises
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Ensure a safe and sanitary environment for all patients
• Work collaboratively with healthcare team members to deliver individualized care

• Licensure/Certifications:
• Active CNA license in New Mexico
• BLS certification required
• Experience:
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility, rehab center, or similar setting preferred
• Skills:
• Competency in ADL assistance, vital signs monitoring, EHR documentation, and infection control
• Personal Attributes:
• Empathetic, reliable, team-oriented, and communicative
