Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strong understanding of CPaaS solutions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients through research, cold calling, networking, and inbound inquiries.
Sales Pitch & Presentations: Effectively present Anantya's messaging solutions to potential clients, demonstrating value propositions.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term business partnerships.
Market Research & Strategy: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market demands to refine sales strategies.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.
Sales Targets & Reporting: Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and revenue forecasts.
Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare and negotiate proposals, pricing, and contracts with clients to close deals successfully.
Key Skills & Requirements
1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in the CPaaS, SaaS, or IT industry.
Strong understanding of WhatsApp Business API, SMS solutions, and chatbot automation is a plus.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to generate leads, build pipelines, and close deals.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and sales automation tools.
