Business Analyst

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and document business processes, gather requirements, and facilitate the implementation of innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to analyze complex data and present information in a clear and concise manner.
• Experience in developing business cases and impact assessments.
• Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
