JobSummary:

AsaBusinessDevelopmentRepresentative,you'llbeanintegralpartofoutboundsalesefforts,workingin-personwithourteamsatinnovativecompanies.Yourrolewillfocusonexecutingstrategicoutreach,qualifyingleads,anddirectlycontributingtothedevelopmentofsalesprocesses.Thispositionprovidesyoutheopportunitytoengagewithkeydecision-makersanddrivegrowthwithinfast-movingstartups,whileworkingalongsideexperiencedleadershipinacollaborative,in-personsetting.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Executestrategicoutboundprospecting(primarilyviacoldemailing,coldcalling,andin-personinteractions).
  • Conducttargetedresearchtoidentifyandengagehigh-valueprospectsinthelocalarea.
  • UtilizeessentialSDRtools(CRM,outreachplatforms,prospectingdatabases)tomaintainastrong,in-personsalespipeline.
  • Continuouslyrefineoutreachmessagingandprocessesbasedonfeedbackandresults.
  • DocumentallinteractionsmeticulouslyintheCRMtofacilitateseamlesshandoffstothesalesteam.
  • Collaboratecloselywithleadershipandlocalteammemberstorefineandimprovesalesstrategies.

Requirements

RequiredSkillsandQualifications:

  • 1-3yearsofexperienceinSDRorsimilaroutboundsalesroles,ideallywithinstartupsorhigh-growthenvironments.
  • ProficiencywithCRMtools(HubSpot,Salesforce),outreachsoftware(Outreach,Apollo,SalesLoft),andresearchplatforms(ZoomInfo,LinkedInSalesNavigator).
  • Strongwrittenandverbalcommunicationskillswiththeabilitytoengageseniorexecutiveseffectively,bothin-personandremotely.
  • Self-motivated,autonomous,andcomfortableworkinginafast-paced,dynamicin-personsetting.
  • HighlyorganizedwithattentiontodetailinmanagingoutreachandmaintainingCRMdata.

PreferredQualifications:

  • Experienceworkinginearly-stagestartupsorwithfast-growingcompanies.
  • Familiaritywithsalesautomationtoolsandoptimizingoutreachstrategies.
