We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving business growth, forging new client relationships, and expanding market presence. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in business development, a strong understanding of sales processes, and a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify New Business Opportunities: Proactively research and identify potential clients, new markets, and growth opportunities to expand the company's footprint.
- Client Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Collaborate with the leadership and marketing teams to develop and execute strategic business development plans aligned with overall company goals.
- Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, attending events, and leveraging digital tools. Manage and update CRM systems to track progress and measure performance.
- Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations to close high-value deals effectively.
- Market Analysis: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify risks and opportunities.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or strategic partnerships.
- Proven ability to close deals and achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Solid understanding of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach and ability to work independently.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
