We are seeking a dynamic and highly competent Enterprise Business Development Leader to collaborate directly with the leadership team and represent the organization at some of the world's largest enterprises. In this role, you will help clients understand cutting-edge technology solutions and lead them through the process of engagement and onboarding under commercial agreements. You will play a critical role in building and nurturing strategic relationships from the ground up, while also driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing client base.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in consultative enterprise sales, extensive experience interacting with C-level executives, and exposure to large-scale SaaS/cloud software deployments. Success in this role will open up remarkable growth and leadership opportunities within the organization.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full enterprise sales lifecycle including lead generation, qualification, solution presentations, technology demonstrations, account-based marketing, running simulations and evaluations, proposal submissions, contract negotiations, revenue generation, and managing account receivables.
  • Establish and maintain strong advisory relationships with key client stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Continuously assess, clarify, and respond to client needs, converting opportunities into enterprise agreements that align with sales targets.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams across business development, marketing, technology, and finance to deliver client-centric solutions in a timely and effective manner.
  • Analyze market trends and insights using CRM and analytics tools, track competitive activity, and provide strategic input to refine marketing and sales approaches.
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences and contribute to building a strong, execution-driven organizational culture.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, Marketing, Commerce, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
  • 15 to 18 years of experience in enterprise or business development within a technology or SaaS-driven company.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel up to 80% of the time to serve client needs across multiple geographies.
  • Deep experience in system integration, requirement gathering, writing SOWs, managing RFI/RFP processes, preparing commercial proposals, and leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proficiency in executive-level presentations and familiarity with CRM systems and sales/marketing automation tools.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, and present effectively in executive settings.
  • Strong organizational capabilities, decision-making skills, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven sales environment.
  • Confident, energetic demeanor with a collaborative attitude and a sense of humor is a plus.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to guide and motivate teams.
