We are looking for a Business Development Executive Intern who is proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn. The selected intern will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to drive business growth, engage with clients, and contribute to our market expansion strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction: Respond to client inquiries with clear and informative solutions, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Initial Client Calls: Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services/products, gather their requirements, and follow up on leads to nurture engagement.
- Documentation Preparation: Assist in preparing accurate client proposals, agreements, and contracts in compliance with regulations.
- Market Research: Conduct research on market trends and property values, analyze data to inform sales strategies, and offer client recommendations.
- Presentation Development: Create engaging presentations and marketing materials to highlight product/service benefits during client meetings.
- Lead Generation: Support the sales team in identifying new business opportunities and maintaining accurate lead records.
- CRM Management: Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to align sales strategies with ongoing promotional campaigns.
- Feedback & Input: Participate in team meetings, share insights, and suggest improvements to sales processes.
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Sales or customer service experience (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with lead generation and sales strategies is a plus.
Internship Details:
- Duration: 6 months (unpaid).
- Stipend: Performance-based, paid at the end of the internship.
- Commitment: Full-time availability with a mix of remote and on-site responsibilities.
- Start Date: Immediate.
