Job description:
Inbound Sales Management
- Respond to incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
- Qualify inbound leads by understanding customer needs and aligning them with our solutions.
- Effectively handle initial product/service consultations and product demonstrations.
- Nurture relationships with prospective customers and manage the sales pipeline.
- Convert inbound leads into qualified sales opportunities, ensuring all potential is maximized.
End-to-End Sales Cycle Management
- Manage the entire sales process from lead qualification through to closing, including negotiations and contract management.
- Develop and deliver customized proposals and presentations tailored to the needs of the client.
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to ensure a smooth customer experience and long-term satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the business.
- Market Knowledge & Strategy
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics across APAC, US, and Europe regions.
- Work closely with the regional sales and marketing teams to tailor sales strategies for each market.
- Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on customer insights and market trends.
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Monitor and report on sales activities, performance metrics, and conversion rates.
- Utilize analytics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize the sales approach.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- MBA/ PGDBM (Mandatory)
- Technical Background (BE/BTech or equivalent)
