to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment, aligning successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Brazer

Location: Germantown, WI

Pay Range:

$20 - $23/hr.

What?s the Job?

Read and follow engineering drawings, plans, diagrams, and work instructions.

Cut, bend, and braze copper assemblies based on the needs of the weekly production schedule.

Plan brazing steps and place parts in a specified relationship to each other.

Work on a line where tasks vary from model to model.

Adhere to manufacturing work instructions and quality requirements.

What?s Needed?

Ability to read and follow engineering drawings and work instructions.

Proficiency in brazing techniques and procedures.

Strong attention to detail and quality standards.

Flexibility to work at different workstations as production requires.

Experience with evacuation, charging, and leak-checking refrigeration systems is a plus.
