2nd Shift Robotic Welder

Our client, a leading independent metal fabrication company, is seeking a 2nd Shift Robotic Welder to join their team. As a Robotic Welder, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a commitment to quality, and a desire to learn new skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 2nd Shift Robotic Welder

Location: Germantown, WI

Pay Range:

$17-$24 per hour

What's the Job?

Operate manual and robotic welding equipment to meet production specifications.

Read shop orders and engineering drawings to determine specifications and accurately complete all required functions.

Safely apply welds per specifications to produce completed products.

Measure dimensions of metal work pieces to ensure conformance using various measuring tools.

Perform quality checks and document information in written or electronic form.

What's Needed?

Experience running a Panasonic TA series MIG welding robot.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Commitment to quality and accuracy of work performed.

Demonstrated ability to effectively implement or respond to change.
