What You'll Do:
- Assemble and disassemble e-bikes with precision and attention to detail
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on e-bikes
- Perform routine maintenance on e-bikes to ensure optimal performance
- Assist customers with bike selection and provide product recommendations
- Maintain an organized and clean workshop area
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bicycle Mechanic, with a focus on e-bikes
- Knowledge of e-bike components and systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Union membership is a plus
