Job Description


  • Daily Submission of Profiles:
    Submit consultants to relevant job requirements on job portals, vendor networks, and through direct client channels.
  • Negotiation & Rate Finalization:
    Negotiate rates with vendors/clients and finalize pay structures with consultants.
  • Follow-Ups & Coordination:
    Handle all communications post-submission including interviews, feedback, documentation, and onboarding.
  • Documentation & Compliance:
    Ensure all legal documents (work authorization, identification, etc.) are accurate and up to date.
  • Database Maintenance:
    Keep an updated record of all bench candidates, submission status, client interactions, and placement history.
  • Requirements

    • 0.5 to 2+ years of experience in bench sales/recruiting (freshers with strong communication skills may be considered).
    Technical Skills:
    • Familiarity with job portals: Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, TechFetch , etc.
    • Knowledge of US Tax Terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
    • Understanding of Work Authorization Types : H-1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, and TN.
    • Basic understanding of IT technologies and roles (e.g., Java, DevOps, QA, Data Analyst).
    Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
    • Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
    • High level of initiative, energy, and urgency in handling tasks.
    Tools & Platforms:
    • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) .
    • Proficiency in MS Office tools (especially Excel, Outlook).
    • Comfortable with email campaigns , LinkedIn outreach , and other sourcing strategies.
    Work Flexibility:
    • Willingness to work night shifts (US time zone) .
    • Ability to handle multiple candidates and requirements simultaneously.
