BCS Track Coach

Bethel Christian School is excited to announce an opening for a Track Coach. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to our student-athletes. The coach will organize and implement training sessions, focusing on the development of skills and athletic performance in a supportive and faith-based environment.

As a Track Coach, you will collaborate closely with other coaches to develop strategies and practice plans that promote teamwork and individual athlete growth. You will lead by example, instilling values of perseverance, sportsmanship, and character in our young athletes.

Track Season is from April-May

Salary: $16.00/hour

Up to 15 hours per week

Requirements

• Coaching Experience : Previous coaching experience in track and field or a related sport preferred, with a solid understanding of techniques, strategies, and rules.
• Communication Skills : Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective interaction with students, parents, and school staff.
• Passion for Coaching : A genuine passion for coaching and a commitment to the growth and development of student-athletes.
• Positive Environment : Ability to foster a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment that promotes both personal and athletic growth.
• Motivational Skills : Proven ability to inspire and motivate young athletes to achieve their potential.
• Faith : A personal faith in Jesus Christ, aligning with the values and mission of the school.
• Safety & Compliance : Must pass a background check and adhere to all school safety policies and guidelines.
