Job Description

Thompson Coburn is seeking an attorney with 7+ years of experience to join our real estate and finance practice in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have a background representing lenders in commercial real estate financing transactions, including mortgage warehouse and servicing rights transactions. Experience representing owners in general real estate transactions (acquisition and sale) also preferred. This role requires strong drafting, negotiation, and deal management skills, and the ability to navigate complex transactions and deliver practical solutions in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be admitted to California Bar. This position is open to recruiters.

The salary range for this position in our Los Angeles office is $240,000 - $300,000. Actual salary will vary and may be above or below the range based on relevant skills, training and other job-related factors. The range listed is just one of Thompson Coburn?s total compensation and benefits package for associates, which includes productivity and discretionary bonuses; life, health, accident and disability insurance; and a 401(k) plan.
