In this role, you'll be the bridge between our valued customers and our expert technicians, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.

• Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and provide tailored recommendations.
• Prepare accurate estimates and maintain transparency throughout the service process.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments, ensuring efficient workflow in the shop.
• Explain repair and maintenance services clearly, helping customers make informed decisions.
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and service offerings to provide the best advice.

Requirements

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle a busy environment.
• Basic understanding of automotive concepts; a passion for cars and repairs is a must!
• Proficient with computer systems and management software.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
