Job Description
Saul Ewing is seeking a high-performing litigation associate to join our growing New York office and commercial litigation practice. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in handling complex commercial disputes in a law firm setting and a strong understanding of litigation practice in the federal and state courts in New York, including the Commercial Division in New York County. A strong academic background, excellent research, writing, and communication skills, and strong work ethic are essential. Additionally, the candidate must have a proven track record of taking ownership of, and handling and managing, commercial litigation cases independently and in teams. Clerkship experience is a plus. Must be admitted to practice in New York. The anticipated pay range for this role is $205,000 - $225,000.
