Job Description

BakerHostetler is seeking an associate (3-6 years of experience) to join its growing, nationally ranked, and top ranked by Chambers USA, Labor and Employment Group. The associate will work with our regional, national, and multinational clients. Qualifications include: The ideal candidate will have three to six years of employment and labor practice experience including: Litigation E-discovery Compliance Experience advising and counseling clients concerning the myriad of workplace issues. Attention to detail and proficiency with drafting pleadings/motions, demonstrated initiative and good judgment, technical proficiency, practical skills, and have the judgment and confidence to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to manage a fast-paced, complex workload while maintaining priorities and anticipating issues. The professional commitment and interpersonal skills necessary to succeed in a collaborative, cross-office team environment. Admission to practice law in Ohio We offer a top-tier benefit and compensation package, including a performance bonus, as well as a supportive, collegial, and entrepreneurial environment.
