Corporate Associate

Strauss Troy is seeking a motivated associate with corporate law experience to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to work closely with experienced shareholders on complex matters while developing your own practice in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Qualifications:

1. 2-4

• 2-4 years of experience
  2. Experience experience.
• Experience and comfort communicating and advising clients directly.
  3. Experience
• Experience working on M&A deals, including preparing ancillary documents, performing due diligence, and structuring transactions.
  4. Experience transactions.
• Experience drafting LLC operating agreements and similar documents for corporate and other entity structures.
  5. Experience
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
  6. Ability
• Ability to manage time, and identify and satisfy project timelines.
  7. A timelines.
• A desire to grow your own book of business, and that of the firm.
  8. Admitted firm.
• Admitted to practice law in Ohio and Kentucky, or the ability to be licensed in Ohio and Kentucky.
