Position Summary:

Vorys is seeking an attorney with 0-5 years of experience to work with its eControl group, an innovative practice designed to help protect and grow companies? brand value by controlling online sales. The attorney will work on the eControl enforcement team and assist clients in effectively combatting unauthorized sellers, IP infringers, and other commercial disruption. This partnership track position involves significant client contact in a fast-moving, emerging area of law. While an interest in litigation, trademark, or antitrust law will be helpful, no background experience in these areas is required.
