They should have expertise in structured finance matters, particularly with experience in master repurchase agreements and loan-on-loan credit agreements. Proficiency in drafting legal documents related to structured finance transactions will be essential. Effective client contact and relationship management will require strong communication skills. Compensation In accordance with New York?s Pay Transparency Law, the anticipated pay range for this position is $260,000 - $365,000, which represents our good faith and reasonable estimate of the starting salary range at the time of posting.
