The candidate will be part of the Investment Risk Monitoring business in India and will be responsible for operations management

Investment Risk Monitoring services including sales audit, escrow

account monitoring, project monitoring (including sales review, expense

review, accounts tracking/ reconciliations)

The above

services are offered in the areas of REAL ESTATE - Residential, Commercial

projects, IT Parks, Retail Malls, Hotels/Resorts, Townships, SEZ?s,

Hospitals, etc.

Job Profile/Requirements

The candidate will be responsible for operations management, client coordination

Min 1 year

of experience finance/accounting or audit profile ? preference to those

candidates who have worked for funds, developers on real estate projects

Extremely

detail-oriented and organized with prior experience of having gathered,

structured, monitored, and validated data to ensure data integrity and

detailed documentation

Education

background ? Bachelors degree in finance from a Tier A / B institute

Sound

knowledge of audit processes, bank account reconciliations, escrow account

tracking, etc.

Should have

basic knowledge of IFRS, financial analysis, risk assessment and ability

to interpret accounts, understanding local and international accounting

principles and interpret financial information

Should have

had exposure to SAP or any other ERP software and accounting software like

Tally

Basic

understanding accounting principles for real estate projects, developers

and funding

Good

communication and analytical skills, report writing capabilities and

detail-oriented
