Title: Senior Associate

Role overview:

As a Senior Associate - Finance, you need to ensure the smooth execution of entity-level payments, accurate preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS), and day-to-day coordination with banking partners.

How you will create impact:

Responsibilities:

• Manage and process all payments for multiple legal entities in compliance with internal controls.
• Prepare and review Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) to ensure timely and accurate reconciliation.
• Handle daily bank correspondence, transaction monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Ensure proper documentation of banking transactions and support audit requirements.
• Assist in monthly closing and contribute to ongoing process improvement in payment operations.

Essential qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or Commerce (MBA Banking/Finance)
• 35 years of relevant experience in payments, BRS, and banking functions
• Proficient in ERP systems (NetSuite- Preferred) and MS Excel
• Strong understanding of Indian statutory compliance (TDS, GST, PT, PF, ESIC)
• Excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented, process-driven approach
